6. Returns and refunds summary

You can request a return within 30 days from delivery. After we receive and inspect approved returns, refunds are processed in 5-7 business days. It may take 5-10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

• No restocking fee.
• Original shipping is refunded only when Shopsonicx is at fault.
• Returned items should be in their original condition, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
