Order processing
Your order begins processing after payment authorization. Processing occurs on business days only and does not include weekends or holidays.
Tracking and split shipments
- We’ll email tracking details as soon as your package ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to register the first scan.
- Items may ship in more than one box. If we split your order, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Transit estimates
Standard delivery typically takes 2-5 business days once shipped. These are estimates and aren’t guaranteed arrival dates.
Destinations and address issues
- We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Please enter the complete street address, including any apartment or unit number.
- If a carrier can’t service the destination address, we’ll reach out to update the address or cancel the order.
Delays outside our control
Weather events, carrier disruptions, peak season volume, or customs inspections may extend delivery timelines. We’ll keep you informed when we can, but these situations are outside our control.
Your address responsibility
- Make sure the shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Inaccurate or incomplete details can cause delays or delivery issues.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and items (if applicable) so we can help quickly.
