Returns Policy

30 days from delivery — that’s your window to start a return.

Your return window

We keep it simple. You can start a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns must be approved before you ship anything back.

What’s eligible (our error)

  • Defective or damaged item on arrival
  • Wrong item received
  • Wrong size shipped
  • Significantly different from the product description

Condition requirements

Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging where possible.

Photos we need for review

  • Clear, well-lit close-up of the issue (if applicable)
  • Full front and back photos of the item
  • Photo of the size tag and any product labels
  • Photo of the packing slip if you still have it

How to start a return

  1. Email [email protected] from the address used at purchase.
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, the reason, your preferred resolution (refund or exchange), and the required photos.
  3. Wait for approval and instructions. We’ll reply with what to do next.
  4. Pack the item securely. Keep tags attached and include all accessories.
  5. Ship using the provided instructions and share the tracking number (if requested).

Who pays return shipping

We’ll cover return shipping when it’s our error. For change-of-mind returns (including if the size or style didn’t work out), you cover return shipping. Original shipping is refunded only when we’re at fault.

Items we can’t accept

  • Used, worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items missing original tags or key accessories
  • Minor cosmetic variations (like slight color differences due to lighting/screens)

Exchanges

If the item you want is in stock, we can exchange after approval. For our-error cases, we cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind exchanges, you cover return shipping. If the requested item is sold out, we’ll process a refund instead after we receive and inspect your return.

Approvals and timing

  • Approval and instructions are sent by email. We aim to reply within 1-2 business days.
  • No restocking fee.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method in 5-7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
  • Your bank or payment provider may take 5-10 business days to post the funds.
