We keep it simple. You can start a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns must be approved before you ship anything back.

What’s eligible (our error)
- Defective or damaged item on arrival
- Wrong item received
- Wrong size shipped
- Significantly different from the product description
Condition requirements
Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging where possible.
Photos we need for review
- Clear, well-lit close-up of the issue (if applicable)
- Full front and back photos of the item
- Photo of the size tag and any product labels
- Photo of the packing slip if you still have it
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] from the address used at purchase.
- Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, the reason, your preferred resolution (refund or exchange), and the required photos.
- Wait for approval and instructions. We’ll reply with what to do next.
- Pack the item securely. Keep tags attached and include all accessories.
- Ship using the provided instructions and share the tracking number (if requested).
Who pays return shipping
We’ll cover return shipping when it’s our error. For change-of-mind returns (including if the size or style didn’t work out), you cover return shipping. Original shipping is refunded only when we’re at fault.

Items we can’t accept
- Used, worn, washed, or altered items
- Items missing original tags or key accessories
- Minor cosmetic variations (like slight color differences due to lighting/screens)
Exchanges
If the item you want is in stock, we can exchange after approval. For our-error cases, we cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind exchanges, you cover return shipping. If the requested item is sold out, we’ll process a refund instead after we receive and inspect your return.
Approvals and timing
- Approval and instructions are sent by email. We aim to reply within 1-2 business days.
- No restocking fee.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method in 5-7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
- Your bank or payment provider may take 5-10 business days to post the funds.
