Cancellation Policy

You have 2 hours to cancel your order.

Your cancellation window

You can cancel up to 2 hours after placing your order. The window starts at checkout confirmation. Processing typically begins within 1-1 business days, so acting quickly helps.

Once processing begins

After your order moves into processing, we can’t guarantee cancellation. If it has already shipped, cancellations aren’t possible. You can still use our 30-day return window after delivery.

We stop the order and begin a refund. We’ll try to intercept, but timing may prevent it.
Refund processing: 5-7 business days. If cancellation succeeds: 5-7 business days. If shipped: follow returns after delivery.

How to request a cancellation

  2. Use the subject line: “Cancel Order #[your order number]”.
  3. Include your order number, full name, and the items you’d like to cancel.

Refunds for approved cancellations

  • Method: refunded to your original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after approval.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take 5-10 additional business days to post the credit.
  • No restocking fees apply.
