How do I place an order and what happens after checkout?
Add your favorite styles to cart, choose your size, and complete checkout using PayPal, credit/debit cards, Stripe, or Airwallex. Prices are in USD and taxes are shown at checkout where applicable. You’ll get an order confirmation email right away. We’ll prepare your order within 1-1 business days, then send a shipping confirmation with tracking once it ships.
I’m unsure about my size. What should I do?
- Check the size details on the product page and compare with a similar piece you own.
- Measure bust, waist, and hips for the best match.
- Still not sure? Email [email protected] and we’ll help you decide.
- If it doesn’t work out, eligible items can be returned within 30 days from delivery.
What are the shipping fee and timelines?
Standard shipping is $6.99 per order. Handling time is 1-1 business days, and standard transit time is 2-5 business days. We don’t offer free shipping at this time.
How will I receive tracking information?
- As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link.
- Tracking updates appear after the carrier scans your package.
- Use the link anytime to see current status and delivery progress.
What’s the return window and what’s required for a return?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags. Include your order number in the request. There’s no restocking fee. Original shipping is refunded only when Shopsonicx is at fault. To start, email [email protected].
When will I receive my refund?
- After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed in 5-7 business days.
- Your bank or payment provider may take 5-10 business days to post the credit.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method. Original shipping is refunded only when we’re at fault.
