DMCA Policy

10–14 business days: that’s the DMCA window we follow for restoring content after a valid counter‑notice.

Our commitment to intellectual property

We respect creators and their work. If you believe content on Shopsonicx infringes your copyright, we’ll review valid DMCA notices and act promptly, which may include removing or disabling access to the material. We may also notify the affected user and, when appropriate, end access for repeat infringers.

Filing a notice

To help us act quickly, your DMCA notice must include the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with specific URLs or other precise location information so we can find it.
  4. Your contact information, including full name, mailing address, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good‑faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Where to send your notice

Email your complete DMCA notice to [email protected]. You may also write to: 57 Tulip Poplar Dr, Linden, VA 22642.

Counter‑notification

If your material was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter‑notification. It must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location (URL) where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good‑faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, mailing address, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.

When we receive a valid counter‑notification, we’ll forward it to the original complainant. Unless that party informs us that they’ve filed a court action to restrain the allegedly infringing activity, we may restore the material within the DMCA’s 10–14 business day period.

Repeat infringer policy

We want a fair and safe space for everyone. Users who repeatedly infringe others’ copyrights may face escalating actions, which can include:

  • Removal or disabling of specific content;
  • Limits on listing or posting privileges;
  • Suspension or termination of account access, where applicable.

If you have questions about this policy or need help preparing a notice, please reach us at [email protected] or by mail at 57 Tulip Poplar Dr, Linden, VA 22642.
